Terms and Conditions

By using our catering services, you agree to our policies regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, and service delivery. These terms ensure transparency and help us provide you with the best possible experience.

  • Booking & Confirmation – A deposit is required to secure your event, with final details confirmed at least 7 days in advance
  • Payments – Full payment must be made before or on the event day unless otherwise agreed.
  • Dietary Needs – Clients must inform us of all allergies or special requirements; we take care but cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free meals.
  • Cancellations – Refund eligibility depends on cancellation time; late cancellations may incur charges.
